Our teapot seconds only have cosmetic differences from out firsts, and have just not passed our rigorous QC standards to be a first.
There are no chips or cracks and are still fully functional teapots.
If you are not satisfied with the second you receive, you can return it to us for a refund, however, return postage is at your cost and it must be returned to us in the same state it left us.
